When is the Kiewit Café opening for students?

The long-awaited Kiewit Hall has finally opened to UNL students this semester, but many are still wondering when the new restaurant, the Kiewit Café, will open its doors. Dave Annis, director of UNL Dining Services, confirmed that he plans for Kiewit Café to open the week of Feb. 19 as the Dining Services team waits for electrical components and equipment to be installed as well as an inspection from the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department. After all the boxes are checked, students will soon have the option to eat Mediterranean-style foods right here on campus.
