What the shuck is happening?
Following an anonymous Letter to the Editor detailing an experience that made a student living in campus housing feel unsafe, The Daily Nebraskan asked UNLPD and UNL Housing when they could remove someone from the dorms. If a student violates the UNL Code of Conduct, their roommate must alert their resident assistant who would then contact the resident director. The RD must then meet individually with the student who alerted the issue and finally changes will be made if the housing department and student affairs collaborate to make a decision on the removal of the student.

While mobile ordering may be convenient, Lawrence explains that the social aspect of dining has been lost. Students are now unable to choose their portion sizes, leading to food waste or unsatisfied stomachs. Students are also often misled as to when their food will be ready, leading them to run behind or even skip their meal entirely. |
