Black Student Union asks admin to condemn racist acts

What the shuck is happening?

Naomi Rodgers says her stutter has been one of her most important teachers. Though it had a negative impact on her childhood, it now has a positive impact on her life.Rodgers now studies and researches stutters at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as an assistant professor in the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders.

The NCAA has made the upcoming election one of its priorities this year, giving teams the day off for the purpose of civic engagement. Nebraska and the Big Ten are also making sure athletes are informed. The Daily Nebraskan talked to Nebraska's assistant director of life skills to see how the university has encouraged student-athletes to get involved.

UNL piloted one pod at the testing site in the East Stadium Loop parking lot. The pod is provided by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and built by Pacific Engineering Inc., a Nebraska-based company that has built products for the United States military.
