What the shuck is happening?
UNL's furriest members — the campus feral cat colony — stay safe and tended to despite the pandemic and an elongated winter break. Though COVID-19 has changed some of the cat care routines, volunteers with Husker Cats continue their work, vowing to keep the university's cats fat and happy.

The College of Journalism and Mass Communications is offering a brand new course, aiming to explore the experiences of Black people living in Lincoln. By the end of the semester, 15 students will write profiles of 12 different Black Lincoln residents. Joe Starita, the professor of 'Being Black in Lincoln', said he hopes the course can push students out of their comfort zone and create real change in the community.
