Jill Flagel shares her story to raise awareness for individuals with disabilities

Jill Flagel, director of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Faculty and Staff Disability Services, believes the biggest change over her 23 years of disability advocacy is the way disability is viewed. “I think the way people see people with disabilities is changing – I hope it is. I hope I’ve had a small part in that,” Flagel said.
