Everyone has their own study routines and ways of being productive. However, columnist Carmela Rigatuso believes productive motivation should come from within — not from external motivators.

Andrew Belser, dean of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts, said he is both a “100% on the introvert scale,” and a natural leader. In high school, Belser recalled sitting down with his career counselor - who predicted he would end up as the head of a college.
