Husker Motorsports Formula SAE team races on track to prove their car is the best, but also races off the track to finish construction on a new race car every year.
At the start of the NCAA volleyball tournament last year, Lauren Stivrins was in debilitating pain. Through a back injury, she elected to finish out the season. In the wake of that decision, Stivrins had another: either leave Husker volleyball behind or fight through a long rehabilitation process to play one more season with the Huskers. Sports reporter Grant Hansen tells the story here:
