What the shuck is happening?
After over a year of student-led divestment efforts, this Friday the University of Nebraska Board of Regents will discuss an amendment that would allow for investment decisions to consider environmental, social and governance criteria, rather than only focusing on maximizing returns.
The University of Nebraska Board of Regents will conduct its first in-person meeting of the semester this Friday. Changes to UNL academic programs, a budget increase for Kiewit Hall construction and modifications to the Spring 2022 academic calendar will be among the topics discussed at the meeting.
Nebraska junior distance runner Sadio Fenner is much, much more than a student-athlete. The pre-med major is heavily involved in his community as an activist and as a phlebotomist at a local health center. After recently receiving the Shane Osborn Student Leadership Award, Fenner reflected on the work he's done over the course of his three years in Lincoln.
