Hundreds of UNL community members united outside of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity — FIJI — on R street Tuesday night to protest an alleged sexual assault that occurred in the house late Monday night. Students chanted, held signs, called for the abolishment of the house and held five minutes of silence for the victim.
Amid rising COVID-19 cases, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is re-implementing an indoor mask mandate effective Wednesday, Aug. 25, one day before a countywide mandate for Lancaster County begins. It will remain until at least Sept. 30.
