Russian students adjust to a new society

Despite the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Russian department consisting of one lone faculty member, the university is home to many Russian immigrants. Russian students Violetta Bakunia and Dennis Startsev discuss their experiences getting involved despite the cultural barrier. 

The Prism Trio performs live at the Lied Center Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. The jazz trio has been playing together since 2019, and they have original music, old and new, for the performance.
