UNLPD helps students stay safe from fraud

College students can be easily targeted for fraud as they are active on social media, email and their phones, according to UNLPD investigator Caleb Gose. Sgt. Margot Nason and Gose break down the different categories of fraud and give tips on how students can avoid being deceived, scammed and impersonated.

Nebraska diver’s unorthodox path leads to success

Senior diver Abigail Knapton, despite being one of the best in Nebraska's history, started her life wanting to be a gymnast for the scarlet and cream. Come high school though, and her passion for the board set her on a path covered with wreaths and plaudits.

Two members of the Silkroad Ensemble, a collective of artists founded by Yo-Yo Ma, are coming to the Lied Center to perform "Home Within." The project blends music and visual art to exhibit the pair's experiences and emotions regarding the tragedies in their home country, Syria.
