As the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department continue to investigate the alleged sexual assault that occurred at Phi Gamma Delta late Monday night, UNLPD Chief Hassan Ramzah releases some details of the case.
Professor Barney McCoy's research, done over the pandemic, shows there is a 2-3% difference in the ability to avoid digital distractions in in-person classes. McCoy and other professors were able to correlate why students' distraction levels increased during COVID-19, showing disadvantages in the virtual realm.
